Kateryna Dmytrenko is CEO of ENKO, Ukraine's largest independent music label as featured by Forbes Ukraine. Over five years, she has built the label's distribution, publishing, commercial and marketing operations, growing royalties by 811% between 2022 and 2025. Since launching ENKO's distribution arm with Universal Music Group in 2022, the label's catalog has surpassed 19 billion streams across 149+ artists including alyona alyona, FIЇNKA, KALUSH and Schugar. She is also showrunner of Urban Music Conf, Ukraine's leading music industry conference. She is now focused on international expansion, signing US-based artists and bringing Ukrainian music to European and American audiences.
