Krittika D'Silva

Director of Strategic Initiatives

International Rescue Committee

Krittika D'Silva's career has been shaped by the gap between what technology can do and who actually benefits from it. She is a computer scientist with a PhD from the University of Cambridge. She spent five years at McKinsey working on AI and digital transformation, helping organisations move from strategy to execution at scale. Today, she is Director of Strategic Initiatives at the International Rescue Committee, deploying AI in complex humanitarian environments. She can speak to mentees on AI, digital transformation and strategy.

Information for mentees:

- Please book a session using the RSVP function via the app.

- Please arrive 5 minutes early to check in for your mentor session. Late arrivals (anyone not present at the start of their booked session) may lose their slot to a walk-up attendee.

- If a session is fully booked, you’re welcome to try as a walk-up in case a booked attendee doesn’t attend.

- We would recommend preparing a brief introduction about yourself, along with any specific questions or areas you’d like guidance on from your mentor.
