Alice Aedy is an award-winning documentary photographer, director and producer, Nikon ambassador and global campaigner whose work sits at the intersection of human stories, climate justice and forced migration. Aedy is the co-founder and CEO of Earthrise, a social-first climate storytelling studio producing high-impact, multimedia content for a global Gen Z audience. Under her leadership, Earthrise has reached hundreds of millions of people worldwide, shaping cultural narratives, public engagement and action on the climate crisis. The platform has become a leading force in youth-led climate media, known for combining rigorous journalism with emotionally resonant storytelling. She is also the host of "Visionaries," a podcast featuring leading storytellers, filmmakers, artists, and thinkers shaping how we see the world, including Lynsey Addario, Sophie Darlington and Es Devlin.
