Chloë Roberts is Chief Operating Officer at Young - the independent music and arts organisation home to The xx, Robyn, Sampha, FKA twigs, John Glacier, Arlo Parks, Kamasi Washington, Mechatok among others. At Young, she orchestrates the framework and growth across the record label, artist management, and music publishing businesses. In 2022 Chloë spearheaded the launch of Young Space - an artistic incubator and five-studio workshop in east London.
Before joining Young, Chloë worked in front line artist management and strategic brand partnerships, developing and launching the careers of Jem, Noisettes, V V Brown, Jessie J, Rita Ora, Iggy Azalea and Zayn. In 2018 she brokered an aligned sports agency representing world class athletes. Chloë also invented, patented and launched an acclaimed baby product while on maternity leave.
Chloë Roberts was named Music Week’s Businesswomen of the Year in 2022 / Young Songs was named Music Week’s Independent Publisher of the Year in 2024.
