Chuckie McEwan (she/they) is a BIFA-longlisted, 3 x BFI-funded and BAFTA connect recognised film producer. Since 2022, she has produced 16 narrative shorts which have been selected at international film festivals including; BFI London Film Festival, Chicago International Film Festival, and SXSW London.
Chuckie co-founded Grey Moth Originals in 2020, an initiative championing underrepresented filmmakers that has invested over £100K into emerging talent to date. With 15+ years’ industry experience across narrative, documentary, broadcast and commercials, her past clients include; Disney, BBC, CHANEL, Virgin Media, Red Bull and Xbox.
In 2022, Chuckie was selected for the inaugural BFI x NFTS Beyond Shorts cohort. Chuckie is currently developing a features slate with her company INKCAP FILMS, platforming bold, Womxn-led stories in the British SW region. Chuckie's feature projects in development have been selected for the BFI Early Development fund in 2025, and the 2026 OKRE Thriller Lab. ig: @chuckiemakesfilms

- Please arrive 5 minutes early to check in for your mentor session. Late arrivals (anyone not present at the start of their booked session) may lose their slot to a walk-up attendee.
- If a session is fully booked, you’re welcome to try as a walk-up in case a booked attendee doesn’t attend.
