Federico’s motto is, have fun, learn, and always deliver. He has a passion for designing and telling brand stories that inspire conversation and participation, driving both value for consumers as well as building Brand equity and commercial results. He brings this into his current role of Global Head of the LEGO Group’s Product Group responsible for Adults, Teens, Vehicles, Sports, and Gaming; as well as the LEGO SMART Play platform.

With a drive and commitment to building high performing teams, under his leadership they have driven the creation of impactful portfolios and launches such as the development of the LEGO Group’s Gaming portfolio, the Adult strategy including LEGO Botanicals, Formula 1 and World Cup projects. Federico is a recognized and well-respected leader across the full marketing value chain, known for fostering a culture of collaboration and creativity.

Throughout his extensive, international career, Federico has always looked for challenges in organizations that want to have a meaningful and positive impact, take risks and that care about their people in the full sense of the word. He has worked for using his passion, creativity and insights in multi-national companies to craft brand strategies and visions to deliver growth and outstanding results.
