Jason Arthur

Jason is the founding Chief Executive of Mission 44 - a global foundation driving change for young people - and Impact Director for Sir Lewis Hamilton. Prior to this, he taught in two secondary schools in London and held leadership roles in education and youth nonprofits including Teach First and Youth Futures Foundation. From 2014-18, he served as an elected local politician for a London Borough and held several Cabinet positions. Throughout his career, he has focused on supporting and empowering young people from underserved communities, creating structures and forums to amplify their voices and share decision-making power with them to drive change.
