Jennifer Rosen is the Founder & CEO of FullTilt, a venture builder, strategic advisor, and award-winning filmmaker with a focus on social and environmental impact, working at the intersection of creativity, innovation, advanced technology, culture, and art. For more than 20 years, she has helped founders, startups, NGOs, artists, global organisations, and venture programmes turn bold ideas into meaningful products, brands, and movements.
For over a decade, Jennifer has worked with AI and emerging technologies — from early immersive and IoT through to today’s deep tech landscape — helping organisations apply innovation in ways that are human-centred, commercially viable, and socially and environmentally conscious. Her work spans sectors including healthcare, climate, education, sustainability, media, consumer brands, and the arts.
She has advised hundreds of founders and innovation teams across startup accelerators, venture studios, deep tech labs, humanitarian initiatives, and corporate innovation programmes worldwide. Having worked across six continents and more than 50 countries, Jennifer brings a global systems-thinking perspective shaped by anthropology, storytelling, grassroots development work, and years spent building ventures and creative ecosystems in diverse cultural contexts.
Originally trained as a Visual Anthropologist, Jennifer approaches strategy, product, and brand through an ethnographic lens grounded in people, behaviour, and lived experience. Through FullTilt, she works across product development, storytelling, founder & investor readiness, strategic communications, and innovation strategy — helping organisations build more connected, compassionate, and creatively courageous futures.
Outside of her life in tech and innovation, Jennifer balances her work by farming and reconnecting with nature and the slower rhythms of cultivation and regeneration.
