Kateryna Dmytrenko is the CEO of ENKO, Ukraine's largest independent music label, as featured by Forbes Ukraine. Over five years, she has built the label's distribution, publishing, commercial, and marketing operations, growing royalties by 811% between 2022 and 2025. Since launching ENKO's distribution arm in partnership with Universal Music Group in 2022, the label's catalog has surpassed 19 billion streams across more than 149 artists, including alyona alyona, FIЇNKA, YAKTAK, KALUSH, Schugar, and Maryna Krut. Kateryna is also the showrunner of Urban Music Conf, Ukraine's leading music industry conference, which has gathered over 3,000 participants. She is now focused on international expansion — signing U.S.-based artists, developing cross-border publishing, and bringing Ukrainian music to European and American audiences through acts such as Carpetman and Black Soil.
