Louise Alluin Bichet

Louise Alluin-Bichet has worked in the Middle East, Central Asia, Southeast Asia, and France for several NGOs on health projects, particularly in the areas of first aid, drug addiction, and emergency humanitarian aid in crisis situations. She has also worked on the strategic and organizational transformation of NGOs.

She has been Director of Projects and Emergency Response at Reporters Without Borders since late 2024. She oversees press freedom centers in emergency contexts such as Ukraine, emergency crisis response for journalists, and coordinates RSF's response worldwide.
