Maximillian Paproth

Maximilian Paproth is Managing Director, Germany and Global President of A&R at Budde Music Publishing. With over two decades in music publishing, he began by founding his own company in 2002 before joining Budde, where he worked across A&R, business affairs and sync. He later held senior roles at Sony Music Publishing and Universal Music Group, leading A&R and international marketing across Europe. In 2025, he returned to Budde to oversee its German operations and global A&R strategy, bringing deep expertise in artist development and international repertoire.
