Will describes himself as a 'professional people watcher' - although his official job title is Senior Strategist at ELVIS. There he has led the strategy and created award-winning campaigns for iconic brands and institutions including The Royal Navy, King's Cross, Sky and Santander. Previously he plied his trade at M&C Saatchi working for brands such as Barclays, Diageo & The Department for International Trade. He's fascinated by how the structural and social changes of the world in the last century have shifted what it means to be a man, and is the co-author of the research paper 'The Missing Men', and the host of today's panel.
