Ben joined Fremantle as Global Head of Entertainment in March 2026. In his role he leads Fremantle’s Global Entertainment department as an international production hub, driving the development, production and rollout of both established and new formats and shaping the future of Fremantle’s entertainment slate worldwide. Ben brings together creative talent across territories, positioning Fremantle at the forefront of international format creation and production. Ben joined Fremantle with extensive experience in originating, developing and delivering global formats. He most recently served as NBCU’s UIS Vice President, International Unscripted, where he led the development of formats, IP and third-party projects, working with international producers and talent.
