Andreea Magdalina is founder of shesaid.so, a global community of music artists, creatives and executives focused on diverse voices and ethical business practices. She is also co-founder of IAMJT, a studio for artist development, music consulting and strategic partnerships. At IAMJT, she works with Amsterdam Dance Event on their Pro conference program and with Coachella's Innovation unit on artist partnerships and community design across AI and gaming. She has worked with Microsoft, Mixcloud, Wondersauce and Future Works.

- Please arrive 5 minutes early to check in for your mentor session. Late arrivals (anyone not present at the start of their booked session) may lose their slot to a walk-up attendee.
- If a session is fully booked, you’re welcome to try as a walk-up in case a booked attendee doesn’t attend.
- We would recommend preparing a brief introduction about yourself, along with any specific questions or areas you’d like guidance on from your mentor.
