This session brings together leaders across community, clinical, and digital approaches to explore what a more connected system of support looks like in practice—from grassroots efforts like Empty Chairs, alongside digital tools like the Child Mind Institute’s Mirror app.
Together, these perspectives point toward a more connected system of support—one that reaches young people earlier, meets them where they are, and links them to care in ways that are timely, trusted, and scalable.
