Drawn to the intersection of design, technology, and narrative, she transitioned into film production, where she has worked across art departments, VFX and virtual production, helping shape the creative pipelines behind some well known cinematic and immersive projects.
As Head of Creative for UK & EMEA at Disguise, Gemma collaborates with forward-thinking studios, brands, and creators to push the boundaries of storytelling, experience design, and next-generation entertainment. Her work sits at the convergence of creativity and emerging technology, building new ways for audiences to experience stories, worlds, and live moments.
