Josephine Cruz is a London-based music producer, label founder, and cultural strategist with nearly 15 years in music. As co-founder of Bare Selection, she has released music with Flowdan, Manga Saint Hilare, and Roska. Her own work spans DJing, production, and collaborative projects. A former music editor for Complex, she now focuses on brand partnerships and cultural strategy. She is marketing manager at CDR, a Black-led, community-first music and education organisation in London. She creates tutorial content with Serato for emerging DJs and has spoken at Canadian Music Week, Elevate Tech Fest and others.

- Please arrive 5 minutes early to check in for your mentor session. Late arrivals (anyone not present at the start of their booked session) may lose their slot to a walk-up attendee.
- If a session is fully booked, you’re welcome to try as a walk-up in case a booked attendee doesn’t attend.
- We would recommend preparing a brief introduction about yourself, along with any specific questions or areas you’d like guidance on from your mentor.
