Maxime Kryvian is a start-up founder and award-winning former Universal Music executive with expertise across innovation-led start-ups, fund-raising, brand-building, creative partnerships, and business development.
He is the Co-Founder and CEO of MyCelsius, a UK health-tech company developing advanced wearable cooling technology, starting with a premium cooling bracelet for hot flushes. In 2026, Maxime was recognised by Women of Wearables as one of the Trailblazing Leaders in Women’s Health, reflecting his work building a product and brand in an underserved area of health and wellbeing.
At MyCelsius, Maxime has led the company from early concept to commercial launch, and navigated through the realities of bringing a hardware product to market.
His founder experience spans both the strategic and operational sides of company-building: shaping the vision, assembling a world-class team and building market credibility, testing demand, developing partnerships, and creating commercial momentum with limited early-stage resources.
Before MyCelsius, Maxime built and led an R&D consulting company that helped hundreds of UK businesses raise more than £30m in public innovation grants. He also spent nearly a decade in the music industry, including at Universal Music, where he worked across brand, marketing and creative commercial partnerships. During that time, he worked with some of the world’s biggest artists, including Imagine Dragons, Years & Years and RAYE, and delivered partnerships with organisations and brands including Activision, Virgin Atlantic, Havas and WWF.
As a mentor, Maxime can support founders, creatives and operators working on early-stage start-ups, hardware products, brand strategy, business development, fundraising narratives, and how to build commercial momentum before everything is fully proven.
