Maximilian Domma is Head of Music and Innovation Manager at RBX (Reeperbahn Festival) in Hamburg, where he develops interdisciplinary music and media projects. He coordinated the German music artist presentation at SXSW Festival in 2024 and 2025 on behalf of German Music Export. Previously, he worked as an A&R consultant for Universal Music Germany (2018-2024), Artist Manager, Music Supervisor, and was Director Special Projects at c/o pop Festival. With over 15 years of experience in international music programming, event curation and strategic partnerships, he fosters creative ecosystems that connect diverse communities and drive cultural dialogue.

- Please arrive 5 minutes early to check in for your mentor session. Late arrivals (anyone not present at the start of their booked session) may lose their slot to a walk-up attendee.
- If a session is fully booked, you’re welcome to try as a walk-up in case a booked attendee doesn’t attend.
- We would recommend preparing a brief introduction about yourself, along with any specific questions or areas you’d like guidance on from your mentor.
