Ozlem Tuskan (Oz) is a leadership coach, futurist, brand strategist and award-winning entrepreneur working at the intersection of leadership and business growth. With over 25 years across media, advertising and foresight, she works with scale-up founders on strategy, decision-making and resilient growth. Formerly Head of Strategy at The Future Laboratory, she built and exited consultancy BrandSeers, working with brands including Google, L'Oréal, Diageo and Lacoste. She is a Founding Advisory Member of Female Founders Rise and Entrepreneur in Residence at Warwick University. In this session, Oz will integrate strategic clarity and future thinking with inner breakthrough to power intuitive business.
