SianPescow is a Talent Buyer at Live Nation UK, with over 11 years’ experience in the live music industry. She began her career at a music booking agency before joining Metropolis Music, where she worked her way up from Promoter Assistant to Senior Booking and Events Coordinator. Sian joined Live Nation UK in 2023 as a Talent Booker and has since progressed to Promoter and now Talent Buyer. She also promotes her own artist roster and currently leads talent buying for Crystal Palace Bowl, a 10,000-capacity venue in South London, curating a 12-date summer concert series.
