Sheila Xu

Sheila Xu is a trailblazer at the intersection of space exploration, accessibility, and frontier technology. As the first deaf Asian female pilot in history, she brings lived expertise to her work with AstroAccess, zero-gravity research, and commercial analog astronaut training. A graduate of MIT, Wharton, and Harvard Kennedy School, she bridges science, policy, business, and inclusion to push the boundaries of what human potential can look like.
