Alexander Trewby is the CEO and Co-Founder of Apian, which is building the Physical Internet for Healthcare. By orchestrating drones, robots, and software agents, Apian transforms healthcare logistics from manual human middleware into autonomous infrastructure. The company has already completed thousands of clinical deliveries across live healthcare environments in the UK and Ireland, including the world’s first chemotherapy drone flight and the UK’s first drone delivery of prescription medication.
Prior to Apian, Alexander spent seven years at Google, where he co-founded the Consumer Health and Wearable Health teams. He joined Google through the acquisition of Divide, the enterprise mobility company he co-founded, whose technology now helps secure more than three billion Android devices worldwide.
Earlier in his career, Alexander served as VP of Mobile at Morgan Stanley and founded Westminster Internet, the consultancy behind the first website created for a UK politician.
