Cimeon Ellerton-Kay is a Research Fellow at CoSTAR Foresight Lab, based at Goldsmiths, University of London. His work focuses on partnerships, innovation, commercialisation and internationalisation across the creative industries, with a particular interest in how future-facing research can support better decision-making for industry, policy and investment.
He has worked across arts, culture, technology and research, including roles and projects involving audience insight, cultural development, creative technology and innovation strategy. At CoSTAR Foresight Lab, he contributes to work translating foresight, evidence and industry intelligence into practical formats for creative R&D, market development and stakeholder engagement. He is especially interested in how creative organisations make decisions under uncertainty, and how emerging technologies reshape cultural production, value and growth.
