George Goldsmith is a serial, impact-oriented innovator whose career helped create collaborative software, internet business models, governance accountability, psychedelic therapy, and applied neuroaesthetics. He and his work has been featured in the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Financial Times and CNN among others.
In 2016, George and his wife Dr Ekaterina Malievskaia co-founded Compass Pathways — now listed on Nasdaq — to develop psilocybin therapy for treatment-resistant depression after a family member's struggle to find adequate mental health care. Under his leadership, Compass raised nearly $750 million, earned FDA Breakthrough Therapy Designation, and established the world's first public-private partnership supporting psychedelic research with the UK NHS and King's College. The clinical work revealed something unexpected: music played a profound role in therapeutic experience. That insight led George to co-found Boundless Studios, where artists, musicians, scientists, and technologists explore how carefully designed multisensory experiences can create modern sanctuaries for reconnection — guided by new music from Dominic Miller, Sting's lead guitarist of over 30 years, and an ensemble of 18 musicians.
