At Sony Music UK, he leads strategic partnerships with platforms including TikTok, Meta, Snapchat, Discord, and Twitch, oversees creator strategy and influencer campaigns, and drives innovation across AI, mixed reality, AR, and gaming. Recent projects have won or been nominated for the Lovies, Music Ally Awards, and Music Week Awards. Previously, Hari founded independent label Double Denim Records, discovering artists such as Kero Kero Bonito, Jay Som, and Empress Of, and has worked at Red Light Management and tech companies including Lickd and JAAK.
