Jake Jefferson is a London-based producer, director and talent manager working across comedy, cabaret and live entertainment. In 2022, he founded Creative Wave Entertainment, an artist-first entertainment company focused on fair treatment, creative development and using entertainment to positively impact wider communities through creative arts.
Jake also founded Punchline Talks, a project that brings professional comedians into schools, colleges, universities and workplaces to lead engaging sessions on difficult but important subjects including men’s mental health, women’s safety, disability, equality and neurodiversity. Using comedy and professional humour as a communication tool, Punchline Talks aims to break down barriers and encourage open, accessible conversations—particularly with young people and audiences who may disengage from traditional approaches.
Alongside his production and management work, Jake is one of the founding trustees of CRAFT (Comedy Representation & Artform Trust), the first national comedy body established to support, benefit and advocate for the entire comedy industry across live performance, digital content and all areas of the artform.
