Kate Griggs is a global changemaker and the leading expert on Dyslexic Thinking, founder of the global charity, Made By Dyslexia, bestselling author, researcher, speaker and executive producer. She is the Executive Producer of the new animated short film: “What is dyslexia?”.Kate leads the world’s largest movement of dyslexic people and their allies, working to teach the world the brilliance of Dyslexic Thinking. Kate is dyslexic herself and the mother of two dyslexic sons, with her work influencing global education policy and workplace practice, driving systemic change.
In 2022 Kate and Made By Dyslexia’s work saw Dyslexic Thinking added as a skill on LinkedIn and as a noun in the dictionary, followed by the launch of DyslexicU in 2024 - the world’s first ‘University of Dyslexic Thinking’, hosted by Open University and available to access from all around the world.
