Kerry and two fellow senior experts established leading neighbouring rights consultancy, SoundAct, in 2019. SoundAct’s clients range from some of the biggest artists and record companies in the world to the most forward-thinking indie labels and performers.
As an extension of this royalties collection service, SoundAct created Cactus, the world’s first end-to-end neighbouring rights platform. Cactus allows every recording artist and record label to access the tools to manage and collect their royalties themselves without the need to give a cut in commission to a third party.
