Laura Weis is an ex-academic with a PhD in Social and Organisational Psychology from UCL who moved from lecturing and consulting into leading Future of Work strategy and product design at Satalia. She then became WPP’s Talent Innovation Director in the HR function and now leads Human–AI Strategy in the CTO team. Her work focuses on turning AI efficiency into reinvention by redesigning workflows, culture, and leadership through M-shaped professionals. She is also a mum and former England boxing champion.
