Maisie Willoughby is a British multidisciplinary marketing executive and brand strategist best known as the Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of Timberland. She joined Timberland in October 2023 after serving as Chief Brand Marketing Officer at Alexander Wang, where she led the brand’s global rebranding efforts and helped drive international growth.
Before moving into executive fashion leadership, Willoughby worked across advertising, creative, and digital agencies including Wieden+Kennedy and Anomaly, building a reputation for culturally driven marketing and relevant brand storytelling.
At Timberland, she has become associated with the brand’s renewed cultural positioning and fashion relevance, leading campaigns and collaborations tied to Paris Fashion Week, Louis Vuitton, Wales Bonner, and the “Je T’imbs” campaign celebrating Timberland’s iconic yellow boot. Her approach blends fashion, music, street culture, and digital storytelling to reconnect Timberland with younger audiences while reinforcing the brand’s heritage and global cultural influence.
Willoughby studied Fashion Photography at the London College of Fashion and is known for describing herself as a “creative-first” and “non-traditional” CMO focused on cultural immersion and authentic consumer connection.
