Marc Meyer is a Co‑Founder and CEO of ADN Coatings, a UCL deep‑tech spin‑out creating a new class of surface‑protection coatings. Prof. Manish K. Tiwari is the Co-Founder and CEO. An experienced executive with deep governance expertise across technology, industrial, and venture‑backed companies, Marc previously worked in M&A and / or strategy at Morgan Stanley, McKinsey, SG Cowen, PolyGram, Lagardere Group and Total Energies/Saft, executing complex cross‑border assignments and transactions across Europe, the US, and Asia. Marc has chaired multiple community, education, and welfare organisations. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and is a graduate of ESCP Paris. He loves travelling, sport, and learning.
