Ryan Kohn is an entrepreneur and brand builder best known as the co-founder of PROPER Snacks, the UK’s leading premium snack brand and one of the first B Corps in the sector. He helped grow PROPER from a kitchen table idea into a household name, selling over 7 million snacks a month and leading an 85 person team before exiting to private equity in 2021.
Alongside PROPER, Ryan has built ventures across carbon neutral property, student events and social impact, earning recognition as EY Entrepreneur of the Year. He now invests in and advises purpose driven companies and is the founder of Point One, a global initiative making it radically easy for businesses to help fund the clean energy transition.
