Sam Okell is a multi-Grammy and Emmy Award-winning British recording engineer and mixer. A graduate of the prestigious Tonmeister programme, he began work at Abbey Road Studios and is renowned for his extensive work helping to restore and remix The Beatles’ iconic catalogue alongside producer Giles Martin, as well as collaborating with Peter Jackson on The Beatles: Get Back. Sam has worked on blockbuster soundtracks like Gravity, Harry Potter, and The Hobbit trilogy.
He maintains a highly prolific partnership with composer Daniel Pemberton, recently engineering the complex, experimental scores for major releases including Project Hail Mary, A24's The Drama, and the fantasy epic Masters of the Universe.
