Sir Ben Ainslie is the founder and CEO of Athena Sports Group, a high performance sports business that includes GB1, the Athena Pathway development programme and the Emirates Great Britain SailGP Team. Known globally as the most successful Olympic sailor (1996–2012, 4x gold and 1x silver) and an America’s Cup winner (2013), Sir Ben remains a competitive racer. Most recently, he led Britain in the 37th America’s Cup, achieving the best result by a British team in 90 years.
