Sophie Lambin is the CEO of Kite Insights, a company which she founded in 2012 with the aim of galvanising the business community to take urgent action on climate and the environment. Today, Kite Insights works with a wide range of global businesses to integrate sustainability across their organisations in ways that mitigates risks, builds resilience and drives innovation. Sophie subsequently set up the Kite Academy - a global climate education school which has developed a suite of in-person workshops and e-learning programs to empower individuals, teams and global businesses to take action on the climate crisis.
With her team at Kite, Sophie also developed SARA - the Sustainability Action Readiness Assessment tool which uses a data-driven approach to engaging employees on issues of sustainability and transformation, and Hurd, a free app that empower employees to make a difference on climate in the workplace through engaging content, games and practical tips.
