Tom Gorringe is Chief Executive Officer of Swansea City AFC, overseeing the day-to-day operations and long-term strategic direction of the club. With more than 15 years of experience across English football, he has held senior leadership roles in the Premier League, Championship, League One and League Two, building a reputation for financial discipline, commercial growth, infrastructure development and operational excellence.
Throughout his career, Gorringe has contributed to three promotions, including Brighton & Hove Albion’s rise to the Premier League in 2017 as part of the club’s leadership team, and Bristol Rovers’ promotion in 2022 during his tenure as CEO. At Swansea City, he is focused on driving sustainable growth, enhancing supporter engagement and creating the foundations for long-term success on and off the pitch.
