Xavier Parkhouse-Parker is the CEO of AutoPickr, a Cambridge based agri-robotics company building an autonomous harvesting platform.
AutoPickr is developing a multi-crop harvesting platform designed to help address one of agriculture’s biggest emerging global challenges: harvest reliability. Starting in asparagus and expanding into vineyards and other high-value crops, the company combines AI-driven crop detection, autonomous navigation, and precision robotic harvesting to bring commercially viable automation into real farm environments.
Under Xavier’s leadership, AutoPickr is entering its most important season yet, with robots operating in commercial-style deployment during the 2026 harvest season following paid trials and grower partnerships across the UK and internationally.
Prior to AutoPickr, Xavier was Co-Founder and COO of Cambridge Future Tech (CFT), where he helped launch and scale DeepTech ventures across robotics, AI, biotech, and advanced engineering. During his time at CFT, the company helped create more than 100 highly skilled jobs and raised over $22 million in external funding.
A serial founder and venture builder, Xavier’s work focuses on turning ambitious frontier technologies into practical real-world systems capable of operating at global scale.
