Brandon is the founder of SongShift, working with music industry teams and artists to strengthen communication, collaboration and leadership under pressure. He has broad experience as a label founder, promoter, DJ and producer, giving him first-hand insight into how creative work happens and where it breaks down. Today he helps teams communicate clearly, navigate conflict and make better decisions in fast-moving, high-pressure environments. He has spent over 20 years across creative industries and higher education, including founding a branding agency and designing executive programmes for global audiences. Through SongShift, he delivers practical, experiential learning that turns insight into action.

- In order to book a session with one of our mentors, please download the SXSW London app.
- Please arrive 5 minutes early to check in for your mentor session. Late arrivals (anyone not present at the start of their booked session) may lose their slot to a walk-up attendee.
- If a session is fully booked, you’re welcome to try as a walk-up in case a booked attendee doesn’t attend.
- We would recommend preparing a brief introduction about yourself, along with any specific questions or areas you’d like guidance on from your mentor.
