As the former Head of Games at BAFTA, Luke led the arts charity’s mission as the foremost global cultural organisation in games, supporting and championing creative talent, furthering progressive change and celebrating excellence in the craft of making games. At the games trade association Ukie, he led a series of economic, diversity and tech-focused projects, delivering ground-breaking research for the sector and advocating for games on both the national and global stage.
In his consulting work, he continues to support both creatives and businesses in and around the games industry.
