Sarah can help mentees who are looking to better understand the intricacies of the digital music publishing landscape.
With a background in Spanish, Chinese and linguistics, she started her career in the Copyright department at Kobalt - working with Latin American collection societies before moving into the Clients team, where she became a key administrative point of contact for songwriters, artists and publishing companies.
Having now spent ten years at Kobalt Publishing, she has worked with a diverse international roster across the US, South Korea, Nigeria and the UK, supporting clients with a wide range of needs—from AV production and copyright acquisition to genre-specific expertise, such as Afrobeats, Funk.
Information for mentees:
- Please arrive 5 minutes early to check in for your mentor session. Late arrivals (anyone not present at the start of their booked session) may lose their slot to a walk-up attendee.
- If a session is fully booked, you’re welcome to try as a walk-up in case a booked attendee doesn’t attend.
- We would recommend preparing a brief introduction about yourself, along with any specific questions or areas you’d like guidance on from your mentor.
