Culture IS Infrastructure

Curated By

Culture shapes how countries are experienced and valued long before policy, trade, or investment enters the conversation. Increasingly, foundations and cultural institutions are building influence through the arts, education, heritage, and creative industries, helping shape international perception and strengthen national identity in ways that move beyond traditional diplomacy. Bringing together leaders working across Bangladesh and its diaspora, this panel explores cultural diplomacy, soft power, and philanthropy with glocal vision and asks what becomes possible when culture is treated as infrastructure.

Please note, spaces are limited as it's a small venue - entry will close once capacity is full.
