The UK India Creative Circle founder and CEO Dr. R. Sri Ram is a visionary entrepreneur, philanthropist, and sustainability advocate with over 30 years of global business leadership. Through the UKICC, supported by the UK Government’s Department for Business and Trade, he promotes trade and collaboration between the United Kingdom and India in the creative industries.
Dr. Sri Ram is also the founder of Supreme Creations, part of The Supreme Group, a diversified manufacturing company specialising in eco-friendly packaging and promotional products. Guided by the principles of being Professional, Ethical, and Green (PEG), the company has helped remove more than 30 billion plastic bags from circulation in the UK by pioneering reusable bags made from natural and biodegradable materials. Supreme operates across Europe and the Middle East and supplies leading global brands including Nike, Christian Dior, British Airways, Tesco, and Selfridges, while also serving as an ethical supplier to the British Royal Household.
A passionate philanthropist, Dr. Sri Ram founded Wings of Hope, a UK-based children’s charity that has supported over 40,000 students in the UK and India over the past 25 years.
He is also the creator of SurpRice, an innovative plant-based leather alternative currently awaiting patent approval, as well as a visiting lecturer, author, and licensed private pilot.
