She introduced ‘Creators at the Core,’ an integrated product delivering co-created partnerships that drive real-world conversations and brand success. This innovation has led to remarkable achievements, generating over one billion earned reach for Ford’s Capri launch with Eric Cantona and propelled Guinness to the UK’s #1 pint using ‘Guinnfluencers’. Additionally, her transformation of Peloton’s creator network, resulted in an 85% increase in positive sentiment across Europe. Lucy’s initiatives have doubled Born’s Influencer business and expanded our client base, including Barclays and ASDA. She’s diversified our creator offering to include long term partnerships & VIP, and built a proprietary AI tool for pricing and reporting. Lucy leads a team of 16, whose work expands across eight markets globally.
