Lucy Morgan is a multi-award-winning journalist whose work explores the intersection of feminism and AI technology. As Digital & Purpose Director at Glamour UK, Lucy put violence against women and girls (VAWG) at the centre of Glamour’s content, through original reporting, coalition-building, and always survivor-oriented storytelling.
Under Lucy’s leadership, Glamour has campaigned for two successive governments to criminalise the creation of non-consensual deepfakes, as well as successfully pushing for the introduction of 48-hour take-down orders for tech companies hosting abusive images, the criminalisation of semen-defaced images, and for so-called ‘nudification’ apps to be banned.
