Michael McKenna is the Co-Founder and CTO at Gyre Energy, which cuts costs and emissions for cooling intensive operators. After graduating with a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering: Product Design at Stanford University, he went on to work in several technological industries such as Aerospace, Robotics, Ed Tech, and Co-Founded a smart home company that leveraged Computer Vision to understand context within the home, Dahlia. Dahlia was acquired in 2019, and after working in a scale up then a large corporate, Michael relocated to the UK to study a Master's Program at the University of Oxford, where he met his two Co-Founders for Gyre Energy. He has experience and expertise in Design Thinking, AI, IoT, Logistics, and Product Development.
